Our highly competent drivers provide punctual services, arriving 15 minutes early at a pre confirmed destination. For airport arrivals, Sovereign monitors all flights and is in contact with the client’s office, as needed. Our driver will meet the client in the baggage claim area with a sign reading his/her last name unless otherwise arranged to meet at curbside, outside of the luggage area. For international flights, the driver will meet the client outside of customs. If you cannot locate your driver, immediately call our dispatch center who will confirm your location with the driver.

When meeting clients at their place of business or hotel, the driver will announce his arrival in the lobby and make arrangements to load luggage or additional items into the car, in advance.
